These Terms govern your access to and use of DuoPally websites, apps, smart collars, AI companion robots, AI care features, family sharing, and operations services.
Using DuoPally
You must use DuoPally lawfully and provide accurate account, pet, and device information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.
Pet care and device limits
DuoPally supports pet care, monitoring, family connection, and emotional companionship for pet owners, but it is not a veterinary, emergency, or guaranteed safety service. You remain responsible for your pet's health, safety, supervision, and any decisions based on app, collar, robot, or AI outputs.
AI features
AI responses may be incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed. Do not rely on AI output as professional veterinary, medical, legal, or emergency advice. For urgent concerns, contact a qualified professional or emergency service.
Connected devices
Device performance may depend on battery, network connectivity, sensors, firmware, placement, and third-party services. You agree not to tamper with, reverse engineer, misuse, or interfere with DuoPally devices or services.
Accounts and operations access
Business or operations access is limited to authorized users. Administrators are responsible for managing tenant users, permissions, and data access within their organization.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using DuoPally, you agree that we may process information as described there.
Changes and termination
We may update services or these Terms from time to time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create security risk, or use the services unlawfully.
