User Data Deletion

Request deletion from DuoPally

To request deletion of your DuoPally account data, email privacy@duopally.com with the subject line "DuoPally Data Deletion Request".

Include the email address, phone number, or social login account used with DuoPally so we can locate the account. Do not send passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information.

Facebook login data

If you used Facebook Login with DuoPally, you can also remove DuoPally from your Facebook account by going to Facebook Settings, opening Apps and Websites, choosing DuoPally, and selecting remove.

Removing DuoPally from Facebook stops future Facebook-based access. To delete data already stored by DuoPally, also send the deletion request described above.

What we delete

• Account identifiers, social login identifiers, and authentication records associated with your DuoPally account.
• Profile information, pet profiles, linked device records, and app data associated with the account where deletion is legally and technically possible.
• Support or operations records that are no longer required to provide service, resolve disputes, protect users, or comply with law.

Processing time

We will review deletion requests and respond within a reasonable period. Some information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.
