Information we collect

• Account information such as name, email address, phone number, region, language, login provider ID, and authentication records.
• Pet profile information such as pet name, species, breed, age, weight, care notes, and family sharing settings.
• Device information from collars and companion robots, including device identifiers, pairing status, battery, connectivity, firmware version, sensor events, and approximate location where enabled.
• AI interaction data such as prompts, responses, care summaries, device commands, and feedback used to provide the service.
• Technical information such as IP address, app version, browser, operating system, diagnostics, and security logs.

How we use information

• Provide pet safety, companionship, device management, family sharing, and AI care features.
• Authenticate users, support Google or Facebook sign-in, prevent abuse, and protect accounts.
• Operate smart collar and companion robot functions, including alerts, remote care, firmware support, and customer service.
• Improve reliability, product quality, AI responses, and user experience.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

Social login

If you sign in with Google, Facebook, or another identity provider, we receive information authorized by that provider, such as your account identifier, email address, display name, and profile image if available. We use this information to create or secure your DuoPally account. We do not receive your provider password.

Sharing

We may share information with service providers that help us host, secure, analyze, communicate, process support requests, operate AI services, and manage connected devices. We may also share information with family members you invite, with your consent, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

Your choices

• You can update account and pet profile information in the app where supported.
• You can disable device permissions such as location, camera, microphone, or notifications through app or device settings, though some features may stop working.
• You can request account deletion, data access, or correction by contacting us.
• You can review deletion instructions on our User Data Deletion page.

Security and retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

Children

DuoPally is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
